Returns & Exchanges

At Kentucky Ballistics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't hit the mark, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
